Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
∎ Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
∎ To set and achieve yearly sales targets across the product line.
∎ Conduct Market research & develop Sales plan.
∎ To train, develop & lead Sales Team.
∎ Foster Customer Relationship- Establish and maintain good relationships with decision makers / influencers and key persons of various business associates.
∎ Disseminate company's culture and values in the Sales team.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationship with other functions.
∎ Collaborate with Operations to achieve Business goals.
∎ Provide inputs for preparation of annual business plan.
∎ Generate monthly reports which highlights: Plan vs Achieved Sales, Reasons for shortfall, SWOT analysis etc.
∎ Conduct review meetings to monitor progress and take corrective actions as required
∎ To represents the Company at various events like trade shows, mill-weeks and meetings.
∎ Should have experience in Tech Sales and tactics to meet business goals.
∎ Keen interest for latest technology and dedication for research and development with excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Able to manage the entire sales cycle from identifying the right business initiatives and building a competitive value proposition to negotiate through closing and after sales
∎ Creating and accurately managing the sales pipeline in CRM system
∎ Tracking and reporting in CRM on a daily basis.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 10+ years of sales management experience in Electronics/Home Appliance industries
∎ Proven track record of results and exceeding sales goals with a must-win attitude
∎ Proactive, self-motivated, enthusiastic, responsible, attentive to detail, accountable, professional, relentless work ethic.
∎ Competitive and upbeat attitude with a drive to succeed
∎ Able to motive sales team and willing to work for you
∎ Superior problem-solving ability, Innovative, forward thinker
∎ Excellent phone skills, proven presentation/demonstration, and tons of charisma
∎ Expertise and experience in prospecting, presenting and closing deals
∎ Exceptional creativity and demonstrable history of idea development
∎ Dynamic presentation ability and stellar communication skills
∎ Ability to work in a fast pace, team environment, energized by environment where change is constant
∎ A solid knowledge of sales funnels, building sales strategy and increasing sales pipeline.
∎ Demonstrated customer relationship management, organization and time management skills.
∎ History of gaining access to high-level decision makers
∎ High aptitude for comprehending client business models and proactively designing solutions to address the corresponding opportunities.
∎ Proven experience as General Manager or National Sales Manager or Should have strong leadership capability & team building efficiency.
∎ The applicant should have sound knowledge and experience on Training and Development areas are given preference.
∎ Knowledge of data analytics and reporting.
∎ Good with numbers and financial planning.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint) both in Bangle and English

Salary:
∎ Negotiable with attractive facility.
