Job Responsibilities:
∎ As the General Manager, you would be responsible for managing daily hotel operations and providing overall leadership in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
∎ Set the overall strategies and implementation action plan for the entire hotel
∎ Lead, direct and manage all hotel operations including, but not limited to hotel budgeting and forecasting, strategic planning, leading service initiatives, leading and managing balanced scorecard performance, implementing and complying with all company policies and standards, overseeing sales and marketing initiatives, leading and developing the executive team, responding to guests inquiries and resolving concerns and hotel-wide meeting participation and facilitation
∎ Ensure guest and team member satisfaction by developing, coaching and motivating the work force of the hotel
∎ Monitor and develop team member performance, particularly the executive team and department heads, to include, but not limited to, providing supervision and professional development, scheduling, conducting counseling and evaluations and delivering recognition and reward
∎ Recruit, interview and train team members
∎ Introduce a stuff mentoring plan that can help positively in motivating staff to provide their best in terms of customer service
∎ Oversee service quality, operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, standards compliance and service and financial measurements
∎ Identify operational performance, productivity and efficiency gaps and implement measures to correct those deficiencies
∎ Set the F&B strategy and made it one of the best property in that area
∎ Serve as primary liaison with hotel owners and corporate entities
∎ Responsible for maintaining effective communication of results with owners
∎ Managing the GOP and Flow through by focusing on Top line and controlling expenses
∎ Ascertain that all operations of the hotel adhere to brand and operational standards
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Proven track record as a General Manager at International Hotels
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel
∎ Foreign nationals preferred
∎ 5+ years of full service hotel General Manager experience
∎ Proven experience in driving service and team member engagement
∎ Success with increasing revenue
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
