Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for the shopping mall. This includes defining target audiences, setting marketing goals, and determining the appropriate marketing channels and tactics to achieve these goals.
∎ Manage the marketing budget for the shopping mall. This involves allocating funds to various marketing initiatives, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective marketing campaigns.
∎ Plan and coordinate executing advertising and promotional campaigns to create awareness and attract shoppers to the mall. This may involve traditional advertising, digital marketing, social media marketing, and other channels.
∎ Collaborate with mall tenants to support their marketing efforts and ensure a cohesive brand message throughout the mall. Assist tenants in implementing marketing strategies and coordinating joint promotional events.
∎ Organize and oversee events and activities within the shopping mall. These events could include sales promotions, holiday-themed events, fashion shows, and community engagement activities.
∎ Manage the mall's public relations efforts, including handling media relations, press releases, and crisis communication. Build and maintain positive relationships with local media outlets.
∎ Conduct market research to stay updated on consumer trends, competitor activities, and shopper preferences. Use this information to fine-tune marketing strategies.
∎ Oversee the mall's online presence, including the website and social media platforms. Ensure that online content is engaging, up-to-date, and in line with the brand's image.
∎ Collaborate with other departments within the shopping mall, such as operations, leasing, and finance, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
