∎ RETIRED OFFICER FROM ARMED FORCES WILL GET PRIORITY.
∎ Experience in Safety & Security department of a reputed organization.
∎ Good communication & interpersonal skills.
∎ Good knowledge on security management and hazards.
∎ Strong analytical skills & very proactive in nature.
∎ Ability to priorities and plan effectively
∎ Command & control, Leadership skills. Physically fit.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The incumbent from armed forces background will get preference(Ex. Captain/Ex. Major)
∎ To ensure safety and security of inside & outside the Shopping mall premises.
∎ To inspect and monitor deployment of guards as per roster and run a smooth administration of the security team.
∎ Identify probable Security threat & risk in the establishment to safe life and assets.
∎ Provide required regular training & counseling to security personnel and take necessary initiative to improve their quality security services.
∎ Liaison with local Govt. officials / Stakeholders/ law enforcement authorities/ related personnel to resolve problem as and when required.
∎ To cooperate Security personnel recruitment as per company policy.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management time to time.
