Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA from a reputed university
∎ Having professional finance/marketing degree/s will be an added advantage

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise the factory operation & necessary operational guidance.
∎ Prepare Business Plan on business design, structure, process and operating plan and financial model for Jute market.
∎ Strategize and plan the sales process management, forecasting, pricing, key account management, expenses, profitability, new product development, market research and brand strategy.
∎ Production costing and pricing.
∎ Purchase, Procurement & Inventory Management.
∎ Wastage control at raw material, WIP and finished goods stage.
∎ Department wise Cost control & cost analysis in every month.
∎ Conduct regular meeting with Management and production team to discuss target status, product training and sales strategy.
∎ Maintain close liaison with mill / factory management & be updated on raw and finished product stock, running production and quality issues.
∎ Prepare and submit monthly/quarterly financial report to management/BOD.
∎ Cash/Fund Management, production management and control budgeting.
∎ Establish internal audit procedure and report to the Management/BOD.
∎ Work with BOD/Board to ensure the product and other costing is done as per the procedure factoring in all the conceivable elements and materials.
∎ Monitor and analyze all marketing and sales reports especially global jute market. Develop international jute / jute product market and enhance own direct sales.
∎ Update management on business process and operating plan and financial model and profitability.
∎ Basing on sales / export order, you should plan for finished production / stock which should match, so that - there is no over production and huge stock lot.
∎ Enhance QC and R & D for best quality production for export.
∎ All issues concern to Tax, VAT and compliance.
∎ Team player with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Any other Job/Task/Duties & Responsibilities/Authority assigned by higher Authority/BOD or Supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have 8 to 12 years of experience selling CB, CRM, CRT, CRX, CRP yarn with direct buyers from countries except India and local buyers
∎ Minimum 8 to 12 year(s) Marketing experience need.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s) :
∎ Commercial, Commercial Banking, Export Commercial, Export Through LC, Export/ through Bank to Bank L/C.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Group of Companies, Jute Industries.
∎ Must be able to work independently and have sufficient knowledge about the Customs Bond, VAT and Tax rules related.
∎ Must be well conversed in scrutinizing the Export L/C terms & conditions.
∎ Basic understanding on duty structures, foreign exchange guidelines, with relation to Export activities and basic shipping terms.
∎ Good command in both written and spoken English
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented
∎ Proficient in MS Excel/Software usage to deliver reports and presentation as per requirement from Management
∎ Good analytical skills
