Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develops and implements strategic marketing and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives.
∎ Identifies marketing opportunities, consumer requirements, competitor's share, strengths, weaknesses and coordinate after sales service issues for customers with service team.
∎ Conduct sales meeting with customer & sales team and provide proper solutions to clients.
∎ Developing the sales forecasting activities and setting performance goals accordingly.
∎ Developing and implementing strategic marketing& sales plans for monthly, quarterly & yearly.
∎ Other duties as assigned by the authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 45 to 50 years
∎ Minimum 15 years working experience on Sales & Marketing in Trade/Corporate sector in multinational/group of companies or any other reputed company.
∎ Competent in formulating marketing strategies, policies, product promotion, branding, business development, corporate marketing & sales, market research, competitive analysis etc.
∎ Excellent motivational and leadership skills to boost-up team performance.
∎ Should have strong written and oral communication skills.
