∎ Masters degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct periodic review with function heads on production plan and adherence
∎ Design production planning and control systems to coordinate activities and control product quality
∎ Coordinate all stakeholders in operations of the approved idea and its benefits and review back-to-back feeding plan with planning, operation, and IE team
∎ Research and identify new technology, process, machinery to enable maximum productivity and cost reduction in factory operations
∎ Analyze production reports to understand gaps in manufacturing process, causes of delays and areas of concerns
∎ Create the production feasibility plan by analyzing the productivity of the factory, number of sewing lines and capacity estimation for development of new styles based on garment sketch or samples
∎ Develop capacity plans based on types of products included in the forecast, machine and operator capacity; share with planning team and operations team
∎ Create budgets and costing for resources required for production; share with operations team, account management team and planning team
∎ Track team performance at an overall and individual level and provide support/ guidance wherever required to ensure achievement of yearly plans
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Experience in related of operations/ production/ Lean system/ manufacturing industrial engineering sector
Salary:
∎ The salary & benefit will be fixed on the basis of discussion which is negotiable.
