Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking a highly experienced and result-oriented General Manager / Head of Sales & Marketing (Cables – Trade) to lead our sales and marketing operations for electric cables & appliances in the trade/retail segment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales growth, developing nationwide dealer/distributor networks, and implementing effective marketing strategies within the cable & electrical product industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth targets in the trade/retail cable market.

  • Build, expand, and strengthen nationwide dealer, distributor, and retailer networks.

  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales & marketing team to achieve performance goals.

  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders including dealers, contractors, and business partners.

  • Ensure timely collection of receivables and establish effective policies.

  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management.

  • Coordinate with production, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

  • Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, customer service, and after-sales support.

  • Represent the company in trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events.

  • Any other task as assigned by the management.
