• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
• Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE) or Mechanical Engineering from a reputed public university such as:
  • BUET, KUET, CUET, RUET, or other recognized engineering institutions.
• Candidates with additional training in Lean Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or Operations Excellence will get added preference.

Experience Requirements

• At least 12 years of relevant experience in Food (Packaged) / Beverage / Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread) sectors.
• Must have served at least in AGM / DGM / GM or equivalent factory leadership role.
• Must have proven experience in managing large-scale food & beverage factory operations.

Additional Requirements

• Age: At least 40 years
• Strong knowledge in:
  • Factory administration & operational leadership
  • Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement tools
  • All compliance areas: safety, quality, regulatory, environmental, social
  • Positive cultural transformation and behavior-based management
  • Sustainable business practices and resource efficiency
  • Factory productivity metrics, maintenance, and safety management
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional teamwork skills.
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and crisis-handling capability.
• Proficiency in MS Office and factory management software.
• Must have a long-term visionary mindset to introduce new ideas, systems, and innovation.

Job Location: Factory premises (as per company requirement)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee entire factory operations including Production, Engineering, Quality Control, Maintenance, Warehouse, and related departments.
• Ensure timely execution of production schedules, optimizing manpower, materials, machinery, and cost.
• Lead engineering and maintenance teams to ensure minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
• Ensure local & international food safety, quality, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Procurement teams for production planning and raw material management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, implement efficiency initiatives, and reduce waste.
• Maintain strong workplace safety, hygiene, and compliance protocols.
• Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing team of managers and supervisors.
• Maintain close monitoring of factory KPIs and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Drive projects related to factory modernization, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Build a culture of discipline, innovation, teamwork, and accountability.
