Job Description:

• Responsible for the total Business & Capacity Planning of factories with outerwear products.

• Communicating upcoming seasons' business with the marketing team.

• Identifying gaps between Capacity vs forecast and prioritize for fulfillment.

• Communicating regularly with the marketing team for orders based on business plans.

• Drive Planning team for dynamic planning with optimum efficiency.

• Establishing SOP for the planning team.

• Assessing critical paths, anticipating problems, and applying timely solutions.

• Provide training & motivation to the team to inspire & energize for better results and a healthy working environment.
