Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare costing for order negotiation
∎ Facility Layout Design & analyze and improve factory lay-out to control excess operating time and increase efficiency
∎ Process flow improvement and increase capability and capacity of plant
∎ Lean Manufacturing coaching and Leading Kaizen event
∎ Monthly capacity monitoring of plant
∎ Order execution and monitor loading plan of the plant
∎ Ensure balancing procedure for equal work distribution, accurate manpower allocation to reduce excess manpower and production improvement.
∎ Monitor Costing IE to calculate SMV by historical GSD database and achieve savings
∎ Monitor to implement various lean tools in the plant
∎ Contribute to develop any product with low price by doing innovation of process with sample team
∎ Analyze mini market to do fabric consumption with CAD team
∎ Research and development for samples prior to production start to simplify process
∎ Monitor different project management
∎ Monitor to engage team for Method development /innovation for SMV reduction / increase Efficiency with Cost reduction
∎ Monitor team is analyzing ach Style for critical path identification at the time of sample development.
∎ Check forward loading plan & ensure team is ready for new styles (MC requirement, operation break down, etc.)
∎ Upgrade Production plan considering line/block skill level.
∎ Verify SMV with IE development team by historical GSD data
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years

∎ Applicants having practical experience on woven & jackets will be given preference
