∎ The Candidate Must Have at Least 10-12 Years Proven Experience of Sales & Marketing (REAL ESTATE COMPANY).
∎ Must be target oriented.
∎ Able to fulfill responsibilities.
∎ Experience on Relevant Field.
∎ Good Communication Skills (Bangla and English).
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Corporate Sales/ Marketing.
∎ Have to sales Land, Plot and Flat.
∎ Responsible for achieving the sales target of the company.
∎ One must have the skill to manage a team effectively. It is essential to be diligent in achieving both personal and the targets of team members.
∎ Prepare report as required by management.
∎ Corporate Marketing, Project visit, client hunt, creating market opportunity.
∎ Development new clients & maintain good relationship with existing clients.
∎ Build a strong relationship with customer.
∎ Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
∎ Development of Plan, Designs for meeting demands and requirements of the Clients.
∎ Expected to be target oriented and ensure the achievement on time.
∎ Achieve company revenue and profit target with proper planning and execution.
∎ Coordinate with Customer service departments to provide smooth and quality services to the clients.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka Alison's Tower Building.
∎ Responsibilities & Context We are Looking for Energetic, Target Oriented, Self-Motivated and Proactive Person to Employ as General Manager/ Team Leader (Sales & Marketing) who has the Experience in Achieving the Sales Target in REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY.
