Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
After Sales Service, Market Development, Sales & Marketing, Sales Development
Job Responsibilities:
∎ After-sales service development for Global Clients for refrigerators, coolers & freezers Work as a complaint hub for Global Clients.
∎ Prepare, submit & collect bills for non-warranty & void service from Global Clients.
∎ Fault Analysis of commercial refrigerators, coolers & freezers.
∎ Monthly fault report preparation of commercial refrigerators, coolers & freezers.
∎ Take field/user feedback from new / sample commercial refrigerators, coolers & freezers.
∎ Arrange faulty spare parts of commercial refrigerators, coolers & freezers as per requirement.
∎ Follow up buffer spare parts & backup products at points to ensure committed service.
∎ Market visit for Product development scopes.
∎ Conduct Meeting & Training as per requirements.
∎ Facilitate Incident Investigation and Reporting (IIR) process by conducting 5- WHY and WHY-TREE Root Cause Analyses (RCA) of incidents and Near Misses.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 1-5 years of experience in relevant fields.
∎ Understanding of Refrigerator After Sales Global Service Development.
∎ Fluent in both Bengali & English.
∎ Proficient in MS Office package.
∎ Very good at English and Bengali typing.
∎ Need to have a good grasp of psychological principles.
∎ Understanding what the customer will see when they shop (consumer behavior).
∎ Critical thinking and decision-making.
∎ Energetic and creative in nature.
∎ Possess good appearance and sound health.
∎ Nice interpersonal skills and pleasant personality.
∎ Able to work in diversified and stressful situations.
∎ Very good at presentation skills.
∎ Prior understanding of Walton's overall culture will be an added advantage.
