Job Context:
∎ Tech Cloud Ltd is looking for Global Marketing Supervisor and Executives in its Night Shift. Please apply only if you are comfortable with Night Shift and have experience in Night Shift job in Call Center and/or similar field.
∎ Our Night Shift Supervisor will be responsible for managing Night Shift Team and dealing with leads over phone in regards of closing the new deals.
∎ Office hours: 10 PM to 6 AM
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage a small team of Global Marketeers to ensure meeting targets of daily call, monthly test and quarterly closed deals.
∎ Research potential leads using all available tools to find the appropriate person to talk.
∎ Deliver prepared sales talks reading from scripts that describe our services, and persuade prospects for a collaboration.
∎ Ask pertinent questions to understand the client's requirements.
∎ Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific clients/prospects.
∎ Telephone and write letters to prospects and follow up continuously to build long term business relationship with prospects.
∎ Negotiate price of service and other related queries to make deals successful.
∎ Handle clients, coordinating with emails and keeping updates on personal follow up list for future follow up.
∎ Work with the database of prospects to develop prospects into qualified leads, coordinating with global marketing tools - LinkedIn, Inside-view, Manta, Business Week.com, other source and online database.
∎ Achieve daily call target and monthly/quarterly sales target.
∎ Go the Extra Mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 36 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Followings are preferred: Telemarketing experience in Clipping Path Industry, O/A Levels, Spoken English certificate.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 32000 - 40000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary is negotiable based on experience and performance during interview. If you believe you deserve more, you will have ground to negotiate during interview session.
