Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Working closely with the Rohingya community and host community children and adolescents.
∎ Raising awareness within the community for engaging the girls who are interested in different sports e.g. football, volleyball, badminton etc.·
∎ Provide assistance to the female players in different sports.
∎ Promoting best personal hygiene practices among girls.·
∎ Maintaining upkeep and beautification of the club centers.·
∎ Ensuring maximum participation from girls in both the Rohingya and host communities in different sports.
∎ Organizing monthly awareness-raising discussions with parents/caregivers for creating awareness on the importance of sports and games.
∎ Assist to the Project Officer and Sports Trainers for smooth maintenance of activities and care of the children at Club Center, prioritizing female children.
∎ Arrange awareness raising campaigns and event activities as needed.
∎ Maintaining liaison with school authorities at the host community and with the Camp authority for creating a positive environment for female students.
∎ Ensure the safety and security of all project and office equipment/material and documents.·
∎ Receive training on different sports and games for facilitating sports and games for female events in the future.
∎ Visiting schools in both the Rohingya and host communities for creating a positive environment on different sports and games.
∎ Maintain good coordination/ collaboration with partners and other stakeholders.
∎ Any other responsibilities as requested by the supervisor.
∎ Assist to other colleagues for completing registration process·
∎ Raising awareness through household visit.
∎ Motivate girls about on sport.
∎ Ensuring best personal hygiene practice.
∎ Organizing monthly awareness-raising discussions session.
∎ Assist to the Project Officer and Sports Trainers.
∎ Maintaining liaison with school authorities and other stakeholders.
∎ Ensure safety and security of all goods and logistics.
∎ Prepare reports on project activity
∎ Candidate must have passed HSC or above.
∎ Must be proficient in the local language of Ukhiya’s and Cox’s Bazar.
∎ Must be willing to actively participate in sports activities during the performance of duties.
