∎ Conduct training programs in Micro Entrepreneurship Development and Rural based Micro Enterprises Development Specialized training.
∎ Facilitate month-long training programs in various locations across the country.
∎ Develop and implement weekly, monthly, and yearly monitoring and evaluation (M&E) plans.
∎ Conduct regular field visits to ensure the quality and effectiveness of project implementation.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date data, and prepare detailed reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for donors.
∎ Ability to deliver lectures to rural entrepreneurs.

∎ The job duration is 24 months from the date of joining.
