Industrial production, Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Hospital, Hotel
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installs and repair pipes, fittings, valves, fixtures, and plumbing system equipment, including sinks, commodes, water heaters, water softeners, etc.
∎ Selects material and hardware and make time and materials estimates.
∎ Assembles, install, maintain, and pressure test all pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, Hot water, Cold Water, drainage, sprinkler, and gas systems according to specifications and plumbing codes.
∎ Determines sources of plumbing malfunctions and complete repairs as indicated or according to work orders.
∎ Maintains accurate records on material and labor used.
∎ Maintains inventory of district-owned tools, equipment, and materials.
∎ Inspects jobs upon completion and ensure areas are clean.
∎ Works with building principals and supervisors to complete projects.
∎ Undertakes preventive maintenance task as directed by Duty Engineer or his representative.
∎ Detects needed repairs on buildings, grounds, and equipment following established inspection procedures.
∎ Ensures that equipment is in safe operating condition.
∎ Follows established safety procedures and techniques to perform job duties including lifting, climbing, etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ SSC/HSC or Diploma
∎ Working experience in Medical//Hospital/Hotel is preferable
∎ In case of highly skilled and experienced applicant educational qualification may be relaxed
∎ Able to collaborate effectively with other hotel employees and managers to ensure teamwork
∎ Excellent service organizational skills
∎ Good oral and written communication skills
