Responsibilities & Context:
All these objectives and activities are expected to be accomplished as objectives and will be indicators to assess the employee and efficiency of the program activities.

Maintain case files and records of each child
Implement the work plan
Evaluate & Monitor
To make frequent field visits to ensure the children’s regular attendance at the different services of the centre. Approach children in the streets, to find out the reasons for their lonely presence there, their activities, and relations with the mass people.
To contact, motivate, and help the children in the street in different day-to-day activities in close cooperation with the direct manager.
To ensure warm, close, affectionate, and faithful relations with the children in the street.
To provide the necessary information, to make the children conscious of their rights, socialization, and protection.
To provide necessary information to the children about the existing facilities in other structures and eventually orientation toward the relevant services well known through our partnership network.
To involve the children directly with the prevailing facilities: recreational activities, cooking, health and sanitation awareness.
To motivate the beneficiaries to maintain better cleanliness and personal hygiene, for their dignity, and to protest against diseases.
To take classes for the children, following a teaching approach appropriate to the children.
To ensure animation and basic education through recreation out of scholar structures if not appropriate.
To ensure that the shelter is offering security in the services and structure.
Ensure the locker facilities are properly used, secured, and respected.
To ensure the first aid treatment.
To keep proper records of the entire activities and their components and ensure the follow-up of the children in the centre.
To arrange necessary activity programs, daily, weekly, and monthly.
To attend the monthly meeting with a proactive attitude with other team members.
To attend different community meetings related to street children issues, and possibly follow any training if it is needed to improve performances.
On the street
Ensure a close and faithful relationship with the children on the street.
Listen to the beneficiaries and sort out their needs.
Make good contact/ relation with the City Corporation and DMP.
Counsel the beneficiaries, inform & refer them to the structures that could help them; and accompany the beneficiaries to the hospitals.
Conceive questionnaires and make assessments.
Organize and help the awareness session on the topics validated in the project.
Develop the advocacy material in link with the other NGO.
Attend different meetings with NGOs or other organizations on the topic of street children.
Ensure proper records of the activities and their components and ensure the follow-up of the children who reach the Shelter.
