Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Overseeing the sales department to achieve the company's sales target.
∎ Ensure the targeted revenue of monthly and yearly.
∎ Prepare a strategic plan and develop as when required.
∎ Supervise the total sales team every day and make sure the working activities of them. Lead the total sales team and coordinate with the higher management to share the updated information.
∎ Increase customer data and maintain relations with the client.
∎ Prepare and develop departmental policies and implement them.
∎ Measure the team member's expertise and train them when required.
∎ Suggest a new sales technique for company growth and profitability.
∎ Monitoring competitive market and propose for future development.
∎ Make sure that all team members comprehend the departmental goals, the company's objective, mission, and vision.
∎ Implement a proficient reporting system for department and top-level management.
∎ Have capable to perform of any of the Company assigned special work.
