Job Responsibilities:
∎ Build up the business model, set up sales and marketing plan.
∎ Responsible for securing gross profit and operating margins.
∎ Maximizing profitability and sales growth through responsible leadership.
∎ Responsible for continuous improvement of the service provided to the customer through executing initiatives such as partnering up with new businesses.
∎ Identify emerging markets, new products and competition status and prepare business plan accordingly.
∎ Communicate and develop partnerships with govt. bodies, local labs/hospitals/clinics/research groups to enhance growth.
∎ Provide leadership and training to accomplish the company's goals and objectives.
∎ Lead team to negotiate and/or approve contracts or agreements with suppliers, distributors, customers, or other organizational entities.
