∎ MBA/Master's Degree under any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have the ability to work as a Team Leader for Nationwide Sales & Marketing of all our products through new and existing dealer and retail network, that will improve the competitive position, revenue growth and profitability.
∎ Capable to create new dealers / retailers and should have adequate knowledge and technics to motivate dealers / distributors / retailers and boost up overall company's sales.
∎ Should have the capacity to make and distribute suitable zone / area to overall sales team to get maximum output by utilizing minimum sales force.
∎ Ability to work with all the National Sales Managers as well as with all the MPOs in order to lead them from the frontline, assess their market needs, obtain competitive information and provide all solutions discussing with the management.
∎ Should be self-motivated to enhance the overall sales & marketing activities of all the brands under the organization resembling the highest Quality and Sincerity.
∎ Require warm and healthy relationship with dealers/distributors/retailers.
∎ Should be able to achieve organizational goals and objectives as a performer.
∎ Capacity to maintain and monitor regular cash collections utilizing all the sales team and cross check with the financial transactions and reports with the Billing and Credit Control Department.
∎ Along with Dealer Sales Management, closely monitor the Retails Sales & Operation, FAN Sales & Marketing and find the way of creating new prospective outlets throughout the country.
∎ To prepare the annual sales budget for the region (franchise wise, product wise, territory wise, etc.) and seeking its approval from the Board of Directors.
∎ To produce and present a range of financial / non-financial business reports for the Management regarding Dealer Sales & Operations, FAN Sales & Marketing as well as Retail Sales & Operation.
∎ Should have excellent writing & interpersonal communication skills and good command on MS-Office applications & internet is required.
∎ To generate Daily / Monthly / Half-Yearly / Yearly reports on market progress, credit realization and individual customer performance.
∎ Should have the mind set of frequent tour(s) throughout the country regularly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Minimum 5 (five) years job experience at the same position with reputed brand(s) in Electronics Industry.
∎ Should be honest and hard working
∎ Willing to work under pressure and extensive working hours if needed.
∎ Good Command in Bengali & English and should have Presentation Skills.
∎ Excellent writing, interpersonal & high-level communication skills are required;
∎ Should have good knowledge on MS-Office applications & Internet;
