Educational Requirements:
∎ B.S.C/M.S.C/M.B.A in mechanical engineering in automobile reputed Instituted. (Preferred)
∎ Bachelor's and Master's in business/ economics / other social study related fields from reputed institutions.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the end-to-end customer relationship management
∎ Execute sales activities for assigned business/ territories of the full product portfolio
∎ Marketing plan introductions, order taking
∎ Implement action plans to achieve sales target for assigned businesses
∎ Managing sales and order information
∎ Gathering market and customer information
∎ Learning on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions
∎ Respond to customer orders and queries
∎ Inform current and prospective customers of promotions and new/ upgraded products
∎ Must be able to set sales target and lead the sales department to achieve the target.
∎ Making plan for individuals and group to achieve the sales target
∎ Maintain strong relationship with existing customer.
∎ The post is result oriented, challenging and meant for the profit of the company.
∎ Meet the company revenue and profit target with proper planning and execution with
∎ Extended standard skill, capability and customer focus.
∎ Identify the training need of sales team members and ensure proper training is provided
∎ Must be able to develop short term and long term sales strategies to compete in the fast changing Market scenarios and challenges.
∎ Responsible for preparing reports, supervision and monitoring of the team activities.
∎ Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients,
∎ Participating in organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences.
∎ Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales.
∎ Recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests.
∎ Perform administrative duties, such as preparing sales budgets and reports, keeping sales record,
∎ Train customers' employees so that they can understand the usage of products.
∎ Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
∎ Supply chain management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests/
∎ Regular visit to businesses and actively seeks out new sales opportunities through selling product related methods.
∎ Achieving all the sales and transaction targets of the respective modern trade business.
∎ Set up meetings with team member.
∎ Monitor the daily market visit report
∎ Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Collect market data & competitors information.
∎ Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
∎ Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
∎ Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
∎ Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
∎ Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
∎ Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Experience Requirements: At least 10 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Corporate Sales, retailer Sales , corporate sales and marketing, the applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): oil & lubricants, group of companies, manufacturing.
∎ Proven experience as a salesman in relevant role
∎ Proficiency in English.
∎ Excellent knowledge of MS office (word, excel, PowerPoint).
∎ Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
∎ Fast learner and passion for sales.
∎ Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
∎ Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
