∎ Diploma in automobile/ marine engineering from a reputed Institution.

∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the end-to-end customer relationship management
∎ Regular visit to businesses and actively seek out new sales opportunities through selling product related methods.
∎ Achieving all the sales and transaction targets of the respective modern trade business.
∎ Collect order and ensure on time product delivery.
∎ Set up meetings with potential customers.
∎ Make a daily market visit report & send head office
∎ Understand client needs and provide appropriate sales solutions.
∎ Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Collect market data & competitors Information.
∎ Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
∎ Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
∎ Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
∎ Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
∎ Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
∎ Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
∎ Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.

∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Experience Requirements: At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): corporate sales, retailer sales, corporate sales and marketing, the applicants should have experience in the following business areas:
∎ oil & lubricants, group of companies, manufacturing.
∎ Candidate must know riding Motorbike with having Driving License.
∎ Proven experience as a Salesman in relevant role
∎ Proficiency in English.
∎ Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
∎ Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
∎ Fast learner and passion for sales.
∎ Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
∎ Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
