Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Engage with clients and prospects to evaluate their needs and promote products and services effectively.
∎ Deliver impactful sales presentations to diverse potential customers.
∎ Liaise with principals regarding product specifications and availability as per supervisor directives.
∎ Arrange and coordinate principal visits to both existing and potential clients.
∎ Support principals and technical experts during chemical/product trials at client locations, providing technical assistance and service.
∎ Conduct comprehensive market analyses, including cost-benefit and needs assessments for current and potential customers.
∎ Negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
∎ Generate leads through proactive outreach, including cold calling, to develop new business opportunities.
∎ Assist in determining pricing schedules for quotations, promotions, and negotiations.
∎ Provide management with detailed reports on customer needs, challenges, competitive activities, and new product or service opportunities.
∎ Manage deposits, balance payments, and credit collections from clients.
∎ Participate in credit meetings to assess market credit statuses and implement strategies for recovering outstanding dues.
∎ Monitor aging reports and forecast monthly credit collections.
∎ Periodically forecast product import requirements to ensure supply chain efficiency.
