∎ Proficient in Computer skills with Microsoft Excel, Word, Email, Internet Browse & Search, PowerPoint Presentation.
∎ Basic knowledge of Website design services, Domain & Hosting, Graphic design services, etc.
∎ Good analytical ability and problem-solving skill is a must.
∎ Basic knowledge of social media marketing (Facebook posts, Instagram, TikTok, etc..)
∎ Excellent oral, written, presentation and communication skills.
∎ Passionate to deal with Individual & Corporate clients.
∎ Do not apply if you have no prior experience in IT or a relevant field; candidates without such background will not be considered."
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Generate sales in different IT solutions like Web Design, Web Development, eCommerce Website Development, Software Development, Digital Advertising, Domain Hosting, Servers, SaaS onboarding, and various IT-related products and services.
∎ Sales planning and target-based sales achievement.
∎ Communicate with Clients over the phone.
∎ Deal with Individual client's initial query.
∎ Arrange Clients Appointment.
∎ Follow up with clients through phone calls, e-mail, and physical visits to generate sales.
∎ Process and close the full sales procedures.
∎ Create Corporate & Individual Leads.
∎ Research on several projects.
∎ Weekly sales/ activity report to reporting boss.
∎ Search productive companies/institutes/ clients and communicate with them professionally.
∎ Visit physically to different companies/institutes/ clients on daily basis to search for potential customers.
∎ Handle customer complaints over calls and customer needs & deliver the proper solution.
∎ Perform any tasks assigned by the management as per company requirements.
