Job Responsibilities:
∎ In-hand Buyers (specially European) and Orders
∎ Available and Source new Buyers and negotiate with them concerning business prospects
∎ Lead a Sales Team with target achievement for monthly Production
∎ Product development- sample development, approvals, control etc
∎ Develop a pricing strategy for all ranges of products based on cost and markup
∎ Achieve the target of order, based on 100% utilization of production capacity
∎ Effectuate the marketing strategy in order to gain new customer base as well as strengthen existing one
∎ Conduct quarterly marketing forecast and strategic planning for the marketing of new products and buyers, in conjunction with the production planning team
∎ Create a brand image of the Company
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have Work in a Denim Textile (Fabrics marketing) with similar responsibilities
∎ Capacity to manage immediate order and development
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skill
∎ Ability and Determination to work under pressure with target achievement
