Experience:
Develop and execute the company’s overall business strategy in the real estate sector.
Drive growth initiatives in property sales, acquisitions, leasing, and development.
Lead cross-functional teams to align operations with long-term goals.
Oversee the daily operations of the company, including sales, marketing, property management, and customer service.
Ensure smooth functioning of all departments including sales, finance, legal, and HR.
Implement policies, procedures, and systems to improve operational efficiency.
Supervise the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote properties.
Monitor and drive performance of the sales and leasing teams to meet revenue targets.
Identify new markets, partnerships, and customer acquisition opportunities.
Prepare and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, and profitability reports.
Monitor cash flow, project costs, and return on investment (ROI) for real estate projects.
Approve large financial decisions and investment opportunities.
Oversee planning, development, and execution of real estate projects (residential or commercial).
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Ensure proper property maintenance and tenant satisfaction in managed assets.
Ensure compliance with all local real estate regulations, licensing requirements, and tax laws.
Oversee contracts, lease agreements, property documentation, and title verifications.
Handle legal disputes and liaise with legal advisors as needed.
Lead recruitment, training, and development of staff across all departments.
Promote a performance-driven culture with regular evaluation and feedback.
Resolve internal issues and promote team cohesion.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders including investors, property owners, developers, and clients.
Address client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Represent the company in public forums, trade shows, and investor meetings.
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to guide strategy.
Provide regular performance updates and operational reports to the board or company owners.
Track KPIs such as occupancy rates, revenue per property, and sales conversion rates.
Identify potential business risks (financial, legal, market-related) and develop mitigation strategies.
Ensure adequate insurance and risk coverage for company assets and operations.
