Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for entire activities of quality department.
∎ Implement/monitor and if needed develop the quality standard and rules and regulations for achieving the quality of the garments.
∎ Follow up to ensure production quality from fabric/accessories to finishing and meet on time shipment schedule without fail.
∎ Manage quality platform and attend each inspection and quality control.
∎ Understanding fully the Quality System for woven fabric & Garments.
∎ Ensure product quality as per customer quality standard.
∎ Should have to develop the statistical data for the expectation level of finish products and assure its quality.
∎ Follow up the running order's quality related continues activities and give the guide line to the subordinates.
∎ Should have to develop and implement the inspection criteria and procedures.
∎ Coordination with buying QC and give them proper support in all quality related matter.
∎ Follow up and maintain all quality related reports.
∎ Responsible to handle technical audits of existing & potential buyers ( George, Costco, target etc)
∎ Any other job assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 55 years
∎ Correct method and good training.
∎ Should have to develop the high quality customer service for all query issues.
∎ Should have to design the quality training programs.
∎ Checking the efficiency of the examination.
∎ Should have to design and develop new ways regarding improvement of quality.
∎ Sound Knowledge regarding Quality Control (Woven - Tops and Bottom).
∎ Strong leadership and team management skill.
∎ Should have knowledge of all aspect of quality control methods and practices including AQL levels and other prevailing international standards.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali;
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computer Operation.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in quality system.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Good in planning and analytical skills
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
