Experience:

• 7 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile, Spinning

• Candidate must have B.Sc. Engineering in Textiles from any reputed Public University
• Having additional Professional Degree on Textile Production Management will be given preference

• 7 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile, Spinning

• Age 45 to 55 years
• Only Male

• Experience Requirements: 7-10 years in same position.
• Must have vast experience on operation of Reiter, Electrojet, Savio, Marzoli, Compact, and Chinese Long Ring Frame Machine with German Drafting System for highly equipped Spinning Industry
• Should have basic knowledge on Chiller and Humidification plant and their maintenance
• Should have sound knowledge on Modern Technology & information of Textiles Sector(Spinning Industry)
• Should have mentality to stay at factory premise on other than off days
• Should be a good Administrator with strong leadership quality
• Aggressive, Self motivated & having strong learning & Training aptitude & capacity to do on time
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
• Hard Working, sound physic and well manner with strong leadership quality
• Sound knowledge on computer operation particularly in MS Office Application, internet browsing and email operation

• Handle independently entire Yarn Production (Card, Comb, Organic, Gray Melange and Slub etc.), Quality Control, and Floor Management of a 100% Export Oriented Spinning Mills of about 100,000 spindles.

• Maximize Production and wastage management

• Ensure product quality with full customer satisfaction.

• Minimize manufacturing cost.

• Carry on yarn marketing and customer development.

• Develop system for all concerned departments to run the project with appropriate administration and management.
