- Diploma in Fire Safety Management.
- Special training in the Department of Fire Service and Civil Defense, Government of Bangladesh will be preferred.

Responsibilities & Context:
- Establish a fully functional and effective fire safety management system.
- Prepare all safety standards, policies, reports & documentation regarding fire safety issues including fire evacuation plans and procedures.
- Maintain & ensure safety in all production area and make sure a free & un-block evacuation for all employees.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and violations.
- Train up firefighting team members on fire safety, protection, fighting and first-aid on a demonstration basis to make the mission successful.
- Must have enough knowledge on installation and maintenance of Panel Board System, Fire Alarm, Smoke Detector, Addressable and Fire Hydrant system.
- Monitoring Fire Fighting & rescuer team and conducting external & internal fire training.
- Ensure security aspects of the company and train securities for safeguards of the organization.
- Regular inspection of fire equipment`s and security post and sensitive points of the factory at day & night.
