Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To manage the overall operations, production, and quality management of the entire factory from scheduling, raw material procurement, fabric and knitting production, garment quality to shipment.
∎ To liaise with buyers on operations, compliance, technical issue, quality management, audit and final inspection.
∎ To prepare the quality manual of the factory and conduct regular audit for the entire manufacturing processes.
∎ To prepare report for top management on monthly performance of all departments.
∎ To coordinate with departments regarding implementation of factory improvements.
∎ To train up the local management under the close supervision
Additional Requirements:
∎ The candidate should have experience in Garments production and operations.
Salary: Negotiable
