Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ The candidate should have at least 12 years experience in the related field as operations, productions, factory and garment management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the overall operations, production and quality management of the entire factory from
∎ scheduling, raw material procurement, fabric and knitting production, garment quality to
∎ shipment
∎ Monitor & direct planning to ascertain viability and allocation of product to plant, availability of machines, skill levels to provide best opportunity to plant to perform
∎ Liaise with buyers on operations, compliance, technical issue, quality management, audit
∎ and final inspection
∎ Prepares the quality manual of the factory and does regular audit for the entire
∎ manufacturing processes
∎ Ensure the customer on front end and back-end operations and managing challenging working environment
∎ Responsible of managing senior merchandise & operations team and measuring them on order
∎ placement, capacity fulfillment, inventory management, supply chain, efficiency, & maintain compliance
∎ Reports to top management monthly performance of all departments and coordinates with the development and implementation of an effective corrective
∎ Manages the entire fabric and knitting manufacturing from planning to delivery
