Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Amusement Park, Hotel, Resort
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure all parts of the park are operating effectively in terms of staff and equipment
∎ Oversee the effective application of health and safety regulations and risk assessment to ensure a safe environment for park employees and the public
∎ Plan and implement strategies to achieve continual improvements in visitor and employee satisfaction
∎ Ensure that all the statutory requirements such as licenses, Bond, certificates, permission etc., of different installations/establishments are always been updated.
∎ Inventory management of all project management of all project materials & insure best proper use of it.
∎ Maintaining & Monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
∎ Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from management.
∎ Preparing necessary presentation, documentation for meetings and as per management requirement.
∎ Ensuring & continues monitoring of project deadlines so that project deadlines are met.
∎ Arrange/hold inter-department coordination meeting on regular interval for better co-ordination among the department.
∎ Develop close relationship with concerned low enforcing low enforcing agencies, local bodies like police, RAB, Ansar and other government, non-government & local authorities.
∎ Handling any unwanted situation competently, tactfully and promptly with the assistance of internal support as well as the concerned external as and when situation demands.
∎ Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
∎ Facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
∎ Create a project management calendar for fulfill the goal and objective.
∎ Ensuring overall security of the project and deployed security personnel as required.
∎ Establish an effective system in the project so that each employee has access to their respective supervisor for lodging personal grievance and get remedy. In case of unattended grievances at the supervisor level free access to land to be ensured to address the grievance promptly & properly.
∎ Any other tasks given by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Working experience with World-Class water park project/Five-star Hotel/ Resort in the relevant field highly preferred
∎ Personal attributes should include qualities such as consistency, willingness to learn and flexibility, capacity to manage confidential information, cultural sensitivity, able to follow through with difficult issues in an open and professional manner;
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Ability to observe business etiquette and maintain a professional appearance.
∎ Commitment to promote organizational values
∎ Good interpersonal and liaison skills
∎ Personal attributes should include qualities such as consistency, willingness to learn and flexibility, capacity to manage confidential information, cultural sensitivity, able to follow through with difficult issues in an open and professional manner;
∎ Good computer literacy
∎ Excellent command over written and spoken English to write reports, memos, proposals, and presentations and conduct telephonic communications etc.
Salary: Negotiable
