Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and monitor overall general operation of the business
∎ Supervise administrative staff and technicians
∎ Build and maintain long-term relationships with suppliers, vendors, feed operators and other associated parties
∎ Delegate tasks as required to the relevant parties
∎ Regularly set sales targets and take accountability on ensuring that they are met
∎ Regularly report and monitor company accounts on revenues and costs
∎ Supervise promotional projects to support new product launches
∎ Attend meetings and provide departmental updates
∎ Responsible for proofreading and distributing all premises, outlines, script drafts and revisions
∎ Stays abreast of meeting notes and regularly elevates information appropriately
∎ Updates and organizes files and databases of all premises, outlines and drafts of each script, including submissions
∎ Distribute and update the weekly script status report and coordinate the writing schedule; give updates at regular production meetings
∎ Working knowledge of Final Draft, Microsoft Word, and Excel
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years work experience in Media/ Media Planner or similar role.
∎ Experience with budget planning and target setting
∎ Strong decision-making skills
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Able to arrange and run meetings with direction, leaving with clear objectives
