Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 18 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To design and implement marketing strategies to create awareness of the company's business;
∎ To conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor's marketing movements;
∎ To devise marketing campaigns by organizing a calendar of various marketing events to bring in more customers and business;
∎ To supervise the department and provide guidance and feedback to other marketing professionals;
∎ To produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently;
∎ To co-ordinate with the Sales Team for timely submission of sales plan/forecast/requisite reports & consolidating it at National level.
∎ To analyze sales trends, preparing market plan and yearly sales forecast.
∎ To monitor progress and submit performance reports;
∎ To produce valuable content for the company's online presence, editorial design and organizing the company's publications
∎ To negotiate with the prices & other issues and make work order on marketing related work.
∎ To control budgets and allocate resources amongst projects
∎ To establish marketing goals based on market forecasts.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ 18 years above experience in the related field.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Marketing, Brand etc.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): FMCG/Food Manufacturing Company/ Group of Companies.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization.
∎ Problem-solving skills and ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
