Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare sales & marketing planning strategy for executing the proper channel.
∎ To create yearly promotional planning & budgeting.
∎ To create sales analysis & sales forecast for enhancing the market coverage.
∎ To monitor & control the daily sales activities by the sales team forces.
∎ To develop annual sales plans throughout the quarterly, monthly business plans.
∎ To responsible for attaining target through Sales forces.
∎ To develop and drive sales initiatives to achieve set goals by mentoring and motivating the sales team.
∎ To enhance such kind of promotional activities for various tasks to create new market throughout the sales team members.
∎ To analysis sales techniques for developing the new market expansion.
∎ To create market analysis for correct strategies development for sales and pricing.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must have energetic and passionate towards the sales team
∎ Should have work experience Fan or Light & Cable Industry
∎ Should have the ability to control all over the country's sales & Marketing
∎ Should have leadership skills
∎ Problem solving skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
