Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Printing and packaging marketing.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for marketing of Printing and Packaging product to Local and garments export market
∎ Development and Implementation of marketing plan for the Packaging & Printing.
∎ Coordinate with Management to develop sales plan, budget and strategy.
∎ Able to communicate with customer and maintain long term business relation, ability to develop strong network with clients by self-motivation.
∎ Motivate, guide and lead marketing team to achieve revenue target.
∎ Develop creative marketing technique and tracts to meet business goals.
∎ Analyze the competitors' market data and report submits to Management.
∎ Should be strong analytical skills, organizational skills, Leadership skills, result oriented and work collaborator.
∎ Must be positive attitude to maintain harmonious interdepartmental relationship
∎ Any other job assign by Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates having good experience in large factory should only apply.
∎ The applicants should have excellent communication skill with strong track record and ability to develop direct buyers.
∎ Should have basic commercial knowledge.
∎ Ability to do Consumption and Costing of products.
∎ Ability to quote most accurate pricing to the customers instantly.
∎ Must be dynamic, energetic, self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude
∎ Should have excellent communication skill.
