Shopping mall
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulate effective plans & systems to ensure smooth functioning of Marketing, Branding & Creative Skills for achieving desired business objective.
∎ Increase revenue in terms of execute new rent, sales of space & entertainment events.
∎ Coordinate all shopping mall visual merchandising, signage, events, PR and advertising programs to ensure effective use.
∎ Develop and implement retailer intensification strategies that drive awareness and sales.
∎ Implementation of business development revenue opportunities including mall assets, media assets and mall programing in order to achieve the sales goals of the shopping mall.
∎ Build relationships in surrounding communities to create community events that will add value to the shopping mall.
∎ Develop professional business relationships with shop owners / tenants.
∎ Identify business opportunities and increase revenues.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good Speaking in English and Bengali.
∎ Exceptional communication skills & Strong business writing skills.
∎ Min 10 years relevant experience from the renowned organizations / Shopping Mall/ Center (Local or Abroad).
∎ Preference would be given to the candidates having experience in this sector (A solid understanding of Shopping Centre Business).
∎ Should have a solid experience of physical and digital marketing.
∎ Good Knowledge in Microsoft office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
∎ Should have Smart, Energetic and Hard working.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Strong Communication & interpersonal skills.
