Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Introducing new generation aquafarming products across the country;
∎ Designing marketing plan;
∎ Developing, and Directing marketing strategies to drive sales;
∎ Build and promote strong customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs;
∎ Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status;
∎ Preparing promotional presentations and organizing promotional events;
∎ Establishing a digital marketing platform;
∎ Organizing sales team;
∎ Strategic planning for workable business operations;
∎ Achieving a consistent growth of business revenue.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Excellent organizational and planning skills.
∎ Creative and innovative thinking
∎ Good research and problem-solving skills
∎ Should have excellent oral & written communication skills both in Bangla & English.
Salary: Negotiable
