∎ Ideally a Bachelor's Degree from any discipline with extensive knowledge of consumer products marketing in Bangladesh. Educational qualifications may relax for highly motivated and experienced candidates.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Gathering and Reviewing marketing data from various channels;
∎ Customer visits and regular follow-up and able to handle independently;
∎ Creates new customers, and includes them in the prepared database;
∎ Maintain relationships with existing & new customers, and assist as per company policy;
∎ Monitor market trends and other company activities, and immediately inform authorities of the next course of action;
∎ Market analysis from prescribed questionnaires to understand the needs of customers;
∎ Maintain Database for social media, digital marketing, and website;
∎ Any other responsibilities & duties assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Knowledge of the prevailing market of Agro products.
∎ Good understanding of databases, and market research techniques.
∎ Excellent knowledge of marketing principles, and office management.
∎ Ability to write marketing literature to augment the presence of the company in the market.
∎ Excellent oral & written communication skills both in Bangla & English.
∎ Should be computer literate and have good command over MS Office, Email correspondence, and internet browsing.
Salary: Negotiable
