Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
∎ Following up on new business opportunities and setting up meetings.
∎ Planning and preparing presentations.
∎ Communicating new product developments to prospective clients.
∎ Communicate with overseas companies, agencies, and clients to solve any problems.
∎ Overseeing the development of marketing literature and writing reports.
∎ Providing management with feedback.
∎ Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople.
∎ Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
∎ Develop and manage creative digital marketing strategies
∎ Promote and market the business, sometimes to new or niche markets.
∎ Liaise with travel partners, including airlines and hotels, to manage bookings and schedules, often a year in advance.
∎ Deal with customer inquiries and aim to meet their expectations.
∎ Implement alternative and innovative ideas for achieving new business.
∎ Oversee the smooth, efficient running of the business.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary Range: BDT 40,000 - 60,000 (Depending on experience)
∎ Lunch: Fully Subsidize
∎ Benefit: Other benefit as per company policy.
