Job Context:
∎ The position is for a leading company, a provider of state of the Steel Building, prefabricated steel building, Steel Pallet, Steel Furniture, Wear House Rack manufacturing with excellent service.
∎ The Incumbent will be responsible to improve the organization`s market position and achieve year to year business growth. He will have to define long-term organizational strategic goals, build key customer relationship, identify business opportunities, analysis to manage gap, assist to negotiate and close business deals and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, communicate and execute sales strategies for the Steel & Metal product business to achieve or better result;
∎ Identify business opportunities and develop new projects through relationships and submission of qualifications and proposals;
∎ Establish two-way communication channels to convey business strategies and plan in a manner that engages people from both internal and external immediate teams.
∎ Demonstrate and support Managers and Engineers with customer negotiation and persuasive selling to drive sales outcomes.
∎ Set clear performance expectations and goals through implementation and management of performance planning and review processes.
∎ Always represent the company in a professional manner and with integrity, act as an advocate for the organization.
∎ Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them and identify key staff in client requirements to cultivate profitable relationships.
∎ Keeping updated with industry news to identify opportunities and any other task set by departmental head.
∎ Assist with sales planning and organization design, including sales quotas, targets, and sales territories
∎ Demonstrating and presenting products establishing new business
∎ Increase company sales to desired level with reasonably accepted overhead expenses.
∎ Follow up with customer and ensure on time payment collection.
∎ Daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to management on ongoing activities and issues.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven ability to manage senior management groups across a diversity of disciplines.
∎ Demonstrated ability to develop, present and implement business plans.
∎ Proven success in negotiating commercially sound business agreements.
∎ Proven leadership capability in a medium / large organization and ability to train up people in line with necessity.
∎ Previous industry experience (Steel Building, prefabricated steel building, Steel Pallet, Steel Furniture, Wear House Rack products).
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Attractive salary package with sales commission. Appointment will be given upon the ability to take challenge for sales target and confidence to meet the target.
