Educational Requirements:
∎ The incumbent must be an Industrial Engineer. Must have a Bechelor Degree in Industrial Engineering with high academic achievement.

∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The overall planning, organizing, functioning, coordinating, supervising, implementing and controlling of the Production Department of the industry/group.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the Management as per company requirement(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Specialized in woven garments of all categories.
∎ Possess high degree of communication skill and analytical ability.
∎ Possess the capability of strong leadership and team building.
∎ The foreign candidate will be given preference.
∎ Must have experience of workings in similar position for at least 3 (Three) years for Manager and 5 (Five) years for General Manager in any large 100% export oriented large apparel industry and will be able to work in an environment of constant and rapid change and pressure.
