• A strong understanding of P&L statements and the ability to react with impactful strategies.

• Ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction by providing exceptional service and addressing their needs promptly and effectively.
• Human Resources and Staff Development: Fostering a supportive work environment through effective recruitment, training, and ongoing professional development initiatives.
• Strategic Planning and Goal Setting: Developing and implementing long-term strategies to achieve organizational objectives and drive sustained success
• Marketing and Demand Generation: Creating and executing targeted marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.
• Resource Management and Budgeting: Effectively allocating resources and managing budgets to optimize operational efficiency and support organizational goals.
• Crisis Management and Problem Solving: Proactively addressing and resolving challenges to minimize impact and ensure the continuity of operations.
• Provide effective leadership to hotel team members.
• Responsible for legalization, Occupational Health & Safety Act, fire regulations, and other legal requirements.
