Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Evaluate the production of garments for product performance, cost and delivery.
∎ Plan and monitor for factory maintenance to make certain that all equipment is functioning properly.
∎ Involving with style selecting and similarity allocation in production plan
∎ Sustaining factory efficiency along with considering thread usage & wastage with correct consumptions
∎ To manage the production staff to achieve the produced hours at planned efficiency through improved productivity and quality on short-term basis.
∎ Assisting the IE head to apply Efficiency Tracking System to measure workers.
∎ Monitor daily activities & reports of the department.
∎ Maintain on time managing plant process, productivity and shipment
∎ Training and development of all employees.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ The candidate should have experience in a reputed Company/Industry.
∎ Experience in related of operations/production/work study/manufacturing/Industrial Engineering/process development sector.
