Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish and maintain quality standards of international standards and JCI standards.
∎ Monitoring and educating the food and beverage service staff for handling patients, patients' attendants, visitors and VIP's.
∎ Monitoring and directly coordinating with executive chef, dietitians and subordinate.
∎ Improve customer focus of food and beverage staff and provide staff training on customer focus as required.
∎ Ensure effective work processes are established for food and beverage services, including.
∎ Meeting with executive chef, housekeeping manager and laundry supervisor on a two days week basis to discuss daily activities, compliments and complaint.
∎ Handling all patient and customer complains about food and beverage services and acting immediately as required.
∎ Documentation of all incidents, compliments and complaints related to food and beverage service.
∎ To ensure that the staffing levels are correct and to agreed standards of each meal periods.
∎ Develop strong relationships with the entire head of departments and service staff to get full support for ensuring the quality services.
∎ To develop and maintained a complete set of operational procedures for all major systems and equipment.
∎ Assist the AGM-F&B to design, implement and monitor departmental quality assurance programs consistent with guidelines established by the CEO and the Board of Directors.
∎ To ensure that hospital hygiene standards are maintained in all areas.
