1. Strategic Planning & Execution – Develop business strategies, set goals, and ensure effective implementation.

2. Operations Management – Oversee daily operations across all departments to ensure efficiency and productivity.

3. Financial Oversight – Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability.

4. Leadership & Team Management – Lead, motivate, and supervise department heads and staff; promote teamwork.

5. Business Development – Identify growth opportunities, expand markets, and maintain strong client relationships.

6. Decision-Making – Make high-level business and operational decisions to drive company success.

7. Policy & Compliance – Establish company policies and ensure legal and regulatory compliance.

8. Performance Monitoring – Evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and implement improvement plans.

9. Customer & Stakeholder Relations – Maintain positive relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.

10. Reporting – Provide regular performance reports and updates to the Board of Directors/CEO.
