Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Sales Marketing, Masters degree in any discipline, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ Skills Required: Corporate Sales, sales and Distribution, Sales Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Consumer Durables - Sales & Marketing, Distribution management, Employee Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Directly supervising, mentoring, coaching, and providing advice on procedures/working methods of the Departmental Heads including Group & Team Leaders.
∎ Developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet the company's target volume for both peak and off-peak seasons
∎ The candidate will be solely responsible to procure profitable woven garment orders as per the capacity of the factory. He will have to lead a team of Marketing & Merchandising professionals & execute the taken orders very professionally in a timely manner.
∎ Design, implement and facilitate annual marketing plan for the company with monitoring the company's marketing budget and keeping cost in control
∎ The candidate will be solely responsible for managing all the activities related to order taking, merchandising & timely shipment of export-oriented oven garment products effectively & efficiently.
∎ Communicating effectively and clearly with buyers/buyer representatives to facilitate business
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Age 40 to 56 years
∎ On-boarding new buyers and developing relationships effectively
∎ The applicants should have experience in handling buyers effectively
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Merchandising, Costing for woven, Raw Materials Sourcing
∎ Should be fluent in English correspondences both in written & oral forms and well conversant with computer applications
∎ The candidate should have sound knowledge of woven products & costing. Must take ownership to follow up orders from order taking to payment realization.
∎ The candidate should have the capacity to source new buyers & maintain effective liaison with existing/new buyers in connection with taking profitable orders & meeting the export targets.
∎ Should have proven leadership & Co-ordination skills
∎ Should be self-motivated, sincere and have excellent negotiation skills.
