Job Context:
∎ Job Location: Out Side of Dhaka.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should be dynamic, result oriented, cost conscious and conversant with modern spinning production related quality management system.
∎ Strong organizational skills, including ability to prioritize
∎ Hands on experience in overseeing project activities from conceptualization to execution including technical specifications, procurement / supply of raw materials, stage inspections, scheduling, progress monitoring, site management and manpower planning.
∎ Achieve target production with maintaining quality products as per the daily/monthly planning schedule.
∎ Minimize current waste rate & ensure smooth operation of spinning, Yarn & Cotton Mills simultaneously.
∎ To manage all tasks of factory to ensure smooth production maintaining best quality yarn and ensure delivery on time to the customers at their satisfaction.
∎ Monitoring production output and costs, and adjusting processes and resources to minimize costs.
∎ Should have detailed knowledge about the spinning machinery. Analyze the idle machine cost & suggest management body to resolve the issue with efficient manner.
∎ Prepare & Implement Production SOPs and departmental KPI to make the existing manpower more efficient & productive.
∎ Gap Analysis for Production Loss, Yield Loss, Defects & Action Plan. Review & Planning of Plant Capacity Calculations, Capacity increase / utilization. Facilitating of New Projects in co-coordinating with Team.
∎ Should have Strong leadership, professional & team build skills.
∎ Should have fair management skills and properly handle all activities such as administration, accounts, Security, maintenance, Utility & Civil Construction. .
∎ Should have computer skills & able to produce various reports for the management.
∎ Should be self motivated, energetic & capable to work under pressure.
∎ Performing any other jobs assigned by top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 45 to 60 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate should have at least 10 years experience of working as a GM in any 100% export oriented Spinning Mill.
∎ The Applicant should have experience and good knowledge in Export Oriented Knit Cotton Yarn, Modal, Mélange, Viscose, Tensil, Linen, Slub, Compact yarn, Rotor and blended yarns.
∎ Experience in Plant layout Optimization, Machinery procurement & Installations, process Qualifications & Improvements, Zero defect Analysis, Cost Reduction projects.
∎ Candidate having relevant experience & excellent expertise & confidence only need to apply.
