Job Context:
∎ Global Citizen Education Inc.(GCEI) is one of the leading educational consultancy firms in Bangladesh serving since 2017 of excellence in services and trust. The head office of GCEI is in Canada. We are looking for dynamic and motivated individuals.
∎ We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate General Manager who will be responsible for the overall management of the company.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for the management of the office, promotion of GCEI and achieving the ultimate business goal. Moreover, He will be responsible to set the strategies and business development.
∎ Direct reporting to the CEO.
∎ Wrok at BD Corporate Office
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate with partner institutions on behalf of the Company.
∎ Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules.
∎ Supervising, mentoring, training, and coaching office staff and delegating assignments to ensure maximum productivity.
∎ Supervising and mentoring branch offices.
∎ Creating presentations and other management-level reports.
∎ Carry out manpower planning to forecast future demand and supply.
∎ Work directly in the recruitment process of all categories of staff with regard to preparing job descriptions, advertising, shortlisting candidates with ratings, conducting interviews, drafting interview protocols, performing reference checks etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ A good IELTS Score will be preferable.
∎ High communication skill is mandatory in both English and Bengali.
∎ Experience and sound Knowledge in University entry requirements, Student counseling knowledge, application knowledge, Pre-cas interview knowledge, and Visa application knowledge.
∎ Must have previous experience in dealing with a large number of clients promptly and with adequate care and also monitoring office colleagues.
Salary: Tk. 37000 - 50000 (Monthly)
